Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Once a package has been shipped, Abri-Bell is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and ensure someone is available to receive it, if required.

 

Delivery Claims

Abri-Bell is not responsible for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered. If a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot issue refunds, reshipments, or store credits. This includes packages that may be lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, building/mailroom staff, or nearby delivery areas. If it still cannot be found, you may file a missing or stolen package report with the carrier and your local authorities.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Abri-Bell is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

 

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or delays. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Abri-Bell is not responsible for orders held or delayed by customs.
